Ramos gin fizz
Ingredients:
60ml Gin
60ml Billsons Strawberries & Cream
30ml Thickened Cream
20ml Lemon Juice
1 egg white
Splash of soda water
Garnish
1 Tbs Passionfruit pulp
Ice
Method
1. Place all ingredients except soda water and ice into a cocktail shaker and shake for 2-3 minutes before adding in a scoop of ice and continuing to shake for 2 minutes until light and foamy
2. Pour into tall glass and top with soda water
3. Garnish with passionfruit pulp and serve
