Oysters Kilpatrick
Ingredients:
200gm Pancetta/Smoked Bacon
1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
1tsp Tabasco sauce
1/4 Tomato sauce
Method
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees (180 fan forced)
2. Dice bacon into small cubes, fry until crispy and set aside
3. In a bowl combine Worcestershire, tabasco and tomato sauce stirring well
To assemble:
4. Adda spoonful of sauce mixture to each oyster and top with crispy bacon bits
5. Place into a hot oven for 3 to 5 minutes until sauce and bacon is crispy and hot
6. Serve with fresh lemon
