To Serve

Method

Place all ingredients except soda water and ice into a cocktail shaker and shake for 2-3 minutes before adding in a scoop of ice and continuing to shake for 2 minutes until light and foamy.
Pour into a tall glass and top with soda water.
Garnish with passionfruit pulp and serve.
